All those who have experience in trekking, have good physical strength and regularly practice sports, will not find it too difficult to complete the trip. Some of the basic fitness requirements for this trip are: exercise to improve cardio endurance, strength endurance, and being comfortable carrying a daypack uphill for long periods of time.
