This is how a Prism trip actually works.

There are no formalities on a Prism trip. We skip the part where everyone performs a version of themselves and get straight to the real one.

People show up, and within hours something happens on its own.

We've watched it repeat across seven years and every destination we've run. The people who book Prism trips tend to be looking for the same thing. They just don't always know it until they're sitting around a table in Iceland or on a trail in the Dolomites, laughing with people they met two days ago.

We put people in places that strip everything back. The rest takes care of itself.

Meet the Team

  • Ahmed Almonsouri - Founder of Prism Adventures

    Hieee! This is Ahmed Almonsouri and I started Prism Adventures because I was craving something deeper from travel, something honest, raw, and human.

    Back in 2016, I went on a hiking trip in Oman with friends. Between the music and laughter, there were these quiet, reflective moments that felt like real freedom where I could just be myself, no filters or expectations. That feeling stuck with me.

    Since then, I’ve been drawn to the kind of travel that challenges you and opens you up. I truly believe that venturing into the unknown with strangers, pushing yourself in wild places, and disconnecting from the noise can change your life. These moments build resilience, teach discipline, and create space for growth. Most of all, they remind you who you are when nothing else is asking you to be anything.

    In 2018, I started organizing trips to share that feeling with others, not just the adventure, but the sense of belonging. Prism was born from that, a safe, inclusive space for people from all walks of life to come together and feel free.

    In April 2022, I left my full-time job in architecture to give Prism my all. It was the scariest and best decision I’ve ever made. And now here I am, writing this, excited to share this journey with you.

  • Rafi Kabbas - Guide and Tour Operator

    Hello! I'm Rafi, and I've got a deep love for the great outdoors and adventure, stemming from my early years in Syria. While I was caught up in the finance sector in the UAE, my heart always longed for the natural wonders of the region, especially the mesmerizing Arabian desert. The call of the wild was irresistible, and I soon found myself falling head over heels for all things outdoors. You see, beauty, to me, knows no limits, it's all about how we perceive the world.

    I've always been a traveler at heart, constantly in pursuit of exciting journeys. During my wanderings, I've been incredibly fortunate to stumble upon some truly enchanting places and capture their
    awe-inspiring beauty through my trusty camera lens. My passion has led me to become not just an explorer but also an outdoor guide and landscape photographer. My mission? To ignite that same fire for nature and adventure in others by leading tours and sharing the captivating landscapes I've encountered.

    Today, I'm based in Germany, dedicating myself to creating unforgettable outdoor experiences. My heart finds its truest beat amidst the majestic Alpine regions, which I genuinely believe are some of the most breathtaking spots on our beautiful planet.

  • Shouq Nasrallah - Visual Storyteller

    Hi, I’m Shouq, visual storyteller and the person behind Prism’s social media.

    I’ve been creating since I was a little girl - experimenting, capturing, imagining. But it wasn’t until 2019, after working a few different jobs, that I officially stepped into the world of filmmaking and visual storytelling. That’s when I realized this isn’t just something I love, it’s who I am.

    My love for visual storytelling has always been rooted in what truly matters, the small things, the real moments, the way we feel seen and heard. I’ve never been interested in just capturing a subject; I want to capture the emotion, the things you can’t always explain, but you can feel.

    My journey with Prism started as a traveler, not a team member. I joined a trip, and something clicked. It wasn’t just the landscapes that moved me, it was the people, the way strangers become family, and how every moment felt alive.

    Now, I help shape the way Prism tells its story. I manage the visuals and social presence, making sure every post, every video reflects the beauty we live on our trips. To me, this is a shared adventure. A love story between people and the wild. Between us and you.

    “When everything is wonderful and mesmerizing, reviews are difficult. Moss covered lava fields galore, soft mountain tops like sitting on pillows, snow caves (wow wow wow) and glaciers that dance for us (ok they were turning, but what a dance), a black beach leading into a cave of wonders.

    Iceland is magic. Iceland with Ahmed is pure bliss, and the group I was with is the best collection of people you want with you on any trip. Even the bus rides were thrilling. I’d go back again (cliff jumping into river included :)
